Residential Tree Services
Trimming tree limbs is done for a variety of reasons. When Ventura Tree Services prunes trees, we deliver to clients healthier and better-looking trees. In nature, trees grow very naturally without trimming or pruning. However, routine landscape tree maintenance allows your trees to reach their full potential as a part of your property, and live a long life. This includes the care of palm trees. One area of tree care that we see very often is disputes between neighbors over tree location or overhang of foliage. We recommend trying to work out the issues with your neighbor and not resort to the courts (including small claims court).

Tree Pruning
Landscape maintenance and pruning for appearance combine to create the ideal tree shape. By having Ventura Tree Services pruning and trimming trees in specific ways, we can control the expanse of the foliage. For some trees, we can encourage flowering and the production of fruit through proper trimming and pruning. We can also shape trees in specific shapes and control the height of the tree. If we are called upon to prune/trim trees for reasons of tree health, we typically focus on removing dead branches, as well as branches that are dying from disease or are endangered from rubbing against the trunk or other branches. We will also remove branch stubs to allow the tree to continue to grow in a healthy manner. Trimming down the top, or canopies of trees, which is called “tree lacing,” allows air and light to penetrate beyond the top foliage. Tree lacing allows foliage lower on the tree or on adjacent trees to receive the sunlight and air they need to produce food for the tree. We are the “tree trimming near me” solution.
